Dr. Cremata offers a wide range of care options that can be tailored to your specific needs including: traditional chiropractic care (Gonstead Technique), comprehensive supervised exercise rehabilitation, physiotherapy (massage, ultrasound, traction, microcurrent) and nutritional counseling. Special diagnostic testing is provided as needed, including x-ray, computerized nerve conduction testing, computerized ultrasonography, bone density testing, computerized electromyographic and thermographic testing to assure a proper diagnosis.

As a convenience to our patients, we also offer an on-site medical physician, a pain management specialist for evaluations and medication prescriptions if deemed necessary.

For patients with very difficult and chronic conditions, Dr. Cremata also provides second-opinion consultations. He also has privileges at several surgery centers where he provides non-invasive MUA and Shockwave treatments.

How to pay for our services:

We accept most forms of insurance. Please note that Chiropractic, Massage and Physiotherapy coverage differs between insurance carriers . We will gladly call your insurance provider for you when you come in for your first visit and welcome any questions you may have regarding billing. We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard.

Insurance and injury claims
Our insurance billing specialists are trained to promptly and accurately bill your insurance carrier for you. Personal Injury and Workers Compensation cases are billed directly to the appropriate insurance parties.
