Dr. Cremata is one of the foremost experts in Workers’ Compensation in California. He has not only taught many seminars on the subject, but has also testified at numerous WCAB trials and hearings and has been declared an expert witness by the California Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board. He has been a Qualified Medical Evaluator since 1996, as well as a Diplomat and Senior Disability Analyst for the American Board of Disability Analysts. Dr. Cremata has also been certified as an Impairment Evaluator by the American Medical Association. He serves as Vice President of Internal Affairs for the American Academy of Forensic and Industrial Chiropractic Consultants, and has been appointed to the Workers’ Compensation Committee of the California Chiropractic Association. He has served as an expert witness numerous times in personal injury, workers’ compensation, malpractice, and regulatory board defense cases. Dr. Cremata is also nationally recognized as a leader in the research and teaching of Manipulation Under Anesthesia. He holds quadruple certifications in MUA and Hospital Protocols. He is a fellow of the National Academy of MUA Physicians, as well as a Clinical Proctor for four MUA Academies. Besides having taught Manipulation Under Anesthesia courses to other doctors, one of his research articles has been published in the Journal of Manipulative and Physical Therapeutics (9/05). Dr. Cremata is one of the first chiropractors in California to be certified in Extracorporeal Shockwave Treatments, and has taught the procedure to other doctors, as well as being a proctor for them.
